Tom began working at Allen & Associates in 2019 and covers a wide range of Labor & Employment Law matters relating to Discrimination, Harassment, and Wage Payment Issues. Prior to joining the firm, Tom served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Elizabeth Jackson of the Family Court of Philadelphia handling a diverse range of Domestic Relations matters ranging from divorce to child custody.
Prior to law school, Tom received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland in Government and Politics. After attaining his undergraduate degree, Tom started law school at Temple University, James E. Beasley School of Law. While in law school Tom served as the Development Chair of the American Constitution Society and was a member of the Bankruptcy Law Society. Additionally, Tom was recognized as a Fellow in the Rubin Public Interest Law Society for the significant pro-bono service he competed throughout law school. While in law school, Tom served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Philadelphia City Law Department, Civil Rights Unit, the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, and the Delaware Office of the Child Advocate.
