Emily began working at Allen & Associates in 2017, formerly known as Law Offices of Michele D. Allen. Emily worked at the firm as a law clerk, focusing on Labor & Employment Law. After obtaining her Juris Doctorate degree from Widener, Emily was promoted as an associate attorney. Emily focuses her practice on Sexual Harassment, Discrimination, and regulatory and professional board matters within the Labor & Employment field.
Prior to law school, Emily received her Bachelor of Arts degree from King’s College in Human Resources. After attaining her degree, she started law school at Widener University, Delaware Law School. Previously, Emily interned at a Worker’s Compensation Firm, where she collaborated with lawyers, clients, and assistants. With her Human Resources degree, Emily was well-suited handling and dealing with the client’s matters.
Emily is a Cum Laude graduate of Widener University Delaware Law School. While at Widener, Emily was a member of the Transactional Law Honor Society, Vice President of the Public Interest Law Alliance, and Vice President of the Employment Law Society.
Aside from school and work, Emily enjoys volunteering at Wills for Heroes. Emily also likes to run, play tennis, and travel during the summer.
